RF NETWORK AUDIT
ENS provides network audit services to its clients, which are telecom service providers or telecom vendors to have a complete know how of the implemented systems in the field. This could be site audit, where checks could be made on the antenna height, antenna type, azimuths, tilt, transmit frequency etc. which broadly fall under the hardware network audit. Under the software / Radio quality network Audit, we take tasks like drive test to identify black spots in coverage, quality etc. Frequency plan analysis where we check the carrier to interference ratio and the critical areas/regions with high interference resulting in bad voice quality.
DRIVE TEST MEASUREMENT & ANALYSIS
This could be clubbed with the network optimization project where drive test optimization is a part but this can also be taken as a different project altogether where we conduct multiple network drive test and provide measurement and analysis of our customer's network compared to the competitor's network and find out advantages, strong points, black spots etc. in all the networks. A thematic plot and the statistics generated from drive test are analyzed. This gives an insight into the areas of improvement needed in client's network compared to competitor and where are the locations where roaming coverage can be enhanced etc. All these data are very important for the service provider to know the reality of the network performance on ground.

Wireless cellular communication is witnessing a rapid growth in

for cellular communication systems is improved economics
through enhanced coverage early in the life cycle of a network
and high spectrum efficiency later in the life cycle. An attractive
approach for economical, spectrally efficient and high quality
digital cellular and personal communication services is the use of
GSM and other wireless communication. These wireless
communication systems communicate through cable or air link
with one place to another place. In this work an iterative
technique has been presented to explain the sequential
communication of signal transmission for long and short distance
radio communication through microwave link. The obtained
process for GSM communication has been maintained fixed
(NSS) and non-fixed side (BSS). Both sites are communicating
through microwave link. This report presents the whole
connection process of two sites (BTS to BSC and MSC and to
achieve this, the following jobs are performed: installation &
commissioning. The maturity of radio frequency (RF) technology
has permitted the use of microwave links as the major trunk
channel for long and short distance communication.
